Includes the Team Register, Assumptions Register, Correspondence Register, Quality Review log and forms for Programmes, Sub-Programmes, Projects and other groups along with supporting Framework documentation.

The Team Register is the cornerstone of the Programme Office tools as it ensures consistency and accuracy of reporting by ensuring the correct naming convention is applied to all products produced by the programmes and projects.

The Assumptions register is used to record in tabular form all assumptions made during the conduct of the project but especially during start up.
This register allows managers to easily review and appraise assumptions made on all programmes and/or projects in his/her area of responsibility. It provides a more efficient way to obtain a overview than reading every project Brief, PID or Business case.

The correspondence register is a very important tool when it comes to communications of a contractual nature but also extremely useful for recording less formal agreements which may nevertheless be important to the satisfactory completion of a project or programme.
Very useful for procurement programmes or phases of programmes for Invitation to Tender (ITT) purposes. It can also be utilised as a 'Contacts' register.

Two types of Quality Review log are provided. The first is linked to the document library to be utilised by the Programme Office Team who would be actively involved in the review process. The second is that required by an individual or group who are responsible for the conduct of their own quality review processes.
