WHO CAN BENEFIT?

An individual required to set up a Programme Office or a Programme/Project Management Framework.

A Small or Medium sized enterprise wishing to set up a Central Programme Office.

A Large Enterprise wishing to set up a Programme Office for one or more of your Change Programmes.

AN INDIVIDUAL
May be required to provide his/her clients or managers with frameworks for such subjects as Programme & Project Planning, Risk Management, Issue Management, Change Control, Version Control, Communication or have to advise on the optimum organisation structure for Programme Management.
This will usually be accompanied by a very tight timeframe within which to design, construct, obtain approval and establish the requirement.
We can supply you with ready made tools and supporting documentation to establish these frameworks quickly.

AN ENTERPRISE
If you are a representative of an Enterprise, of any size, it is likely that you are charged with setting up a Programme or Project Management framework but have the following concerns and constraints:

You are concerned about deliverable management!
We can provide easy to learn planning tools (for MS Project) which includes deliverable management tools.
You are unable/unwilling to pay large consultancy fees!
If working 'in house' fees charged are for the time and effort of the Portfolio Consultant framework packages are supplied free of charge.
Framework packages for download and installation by your own team are very reasonable priced and a one off cost only.
You are unable/unwilling to pay large sums for software!
The supplied portfolio uses everyday IT tools such as Spreadsheets, Word Processors, Presentation Packages and Windows Explorer. We have also developed tools to enable the inexperienced to become quickly effective in the use of the Microsoft Project Planning application.
You are unable to allow staff time off work for training?
Training will be conducted 'on-job' by the Portfolio Consultant.
Training presentations, practical demonstrations and exercises are available, the tools for which are to be found within the Framework Packages. These can be presented or conducted by the Portfolio Consultant at your request and free of charge if working 'in house'.
